After years of Litigation , rate of compensation decided around Rs. 4 Lakh /acre.
It is learnt that some Land has been Resold to 5 Star Hotels ( GMR Hospitality Park.)
Now , that certainly is not a Public Purpose
Current rate is Rs. 100 cr / acre
