India Lightly Taxed says Finance Minister of State

India is not Lightly but Selectively taxed. Rich Farmers are totally out side the Tax net.
Govt. should cut down its expenditure ( reduce its Bloated Bureaucracy ) and end subsidies as all subsidies are cornered by the Rich and Privileged in the name of Poor and Needy.
