Property Tax- Handicapped Want Full Exemption

There is lot of resentment among Urban Punjabis in Jalandhar and else where in Punjab against the imposition of a new tax called Property Tax only on Non Agricultural properties.  

Physically Handicapped Punjabis have demanded that they should be fully exempted from this tax.
