Crude Oil prices have crashed.
Petrol Price should have been reduced on 14-06-12 but could not be announced as the Petroleum Minister Jaipal Reddy is abroad.

Is Petrol Price Decontrolled if has to be announced when Reddy is in India . If so , them why is Reddy not in India on the day of Announcement.
