Rains Anbd Winds Intensify Cold Wave in Jalandhar

In the afternnon Jalandhar had high speed winds and a drizzle.

This brought down the temperature and for  some time in the afternoon the visibility became very low causing difficulty for the traffic on the roads.

Post Rains the dry spell in the Cold Wave may subside .
