No end to the Most pernicious and Insulting Catgory of " COMMERCIAL CONNECTION " for Urban Businessmen ( whereas Free electricity to even those who have rual land worth hundreds of crores )
No end to Double Levy of Octroi ( Choongi ) + VAT on Urban Punjabis on Electricity and Petrol. (ALTHOUGH CHOONGI HAS BEEN ABOLISHED IN PUNJAB AND REPLACED BY VAT , BOTH CHOONGI AND VAT ARE LEVIED ON URBAN PUNJABIS )
NO CUT DOWN ON PETROL PRICES IN PUNJAB ( BECAUSE OF HIGHEST IN INDIA VAT ) PETROL IS Rs. 8 PER LITER COSTLIER THAN HARYANA - ALTHOUGH SOURCED FROM SAME SET OF REFINERIES
Common Man , the hard working Middle has been totally sidelined. After elections this Aam Aadmi would have to bear the brunt of FREEBIES now being promised.

Well Said. Earlier Capt.Amarinder Singh use to say that when Congress comes to power in Punjab it would restrict Free electricity only to Marginal Fsrmers. Now Congress Manifesto states free electricity to even Super Rich Farmers. Common Man to pay by way of Cross Subsidy of Electricity for the Vote Bank
