Petrol consumers in Jalandhar and rest of Punjab are demanding immediate relief on Petrol prices. Already petrol price in Punjab is nearly Rs. 7 per litre higher than in Haryana. Petrol in both Punjab and Haryana is sourced from same set of refineries
Recently , after the S And P downgrade of United States , there has been a big slump in the global crude oil prices . If petrol prices can be increased on crude price rise these should be decreased on crude price fall.
