Small Change Below 50 Paise to be History w.e.f 30-06-11

After 30-06-11 coins of smaller than 50 Paise would cease to be legal tender and would stand withdrawn.

Inflation has taken its toll.

Old timers remember when 25 paise ( Chavanni  ) 20 paise , 10 paise , 5 paise , 3 Paise , 2 paise ans 1 paisa coins were in active circulation.
