Free Govt.Courses in Jalandhar in Stenography and Computers For SC / ST

FREE TRAINING PROGRMME FOR SC/ST CANDIDATES IN ENGLISH TYPING & ENGLISH STENOGRAPHY UNDER 18^TH PHASE SPECIAL COACHING SCHEME & DOEACC ‘O’ LEVEL COMPUTER TRAINING PROGRAMMEE

            Coaching cum Guidance Centre for SC/STs, Government of India, M/O Labour and Employment, DGE&T, DC Complex, 1^st Floor, Room no.124, Jalandher city Punnjab (Tel. 0181-2232839) is going to start 18^TH PHASE SPECIAL COACHING SCHEME & DOEACC ‘O’ LEVEL COMPUTER TRAINING PROGRAMMEE for SC/STs job seekers from July 2011. These training progrmmes are absolutely free of cost.

            Under 18^th phase Special Coaching Scheme trainees will get training of English Shorthand & English Typing. Trainees will also be given a coaching in the subject of English, General Knowledge, Mathematics and Reasoning. The trainees will be issued a certificate after successful completion of the course, which will help them to get employed in various sectors as Stenographer, clerk, office assistant etc. Trainees may also receive Rs.500/- per month as Stipends money during the course. The trainees will also be provided books and stationary at free of cost through this centre.

          On the other hand DOEACC one year ‘O’ level computer training programmee ( IT Tools & Business System, .NET, Internet technology and Web Designing, Programming and Problem solving through ‘C’ language) will increase their employability so that they may get employed in various sectors.

           The candidate must be 12^th pass with one subject as English. Candidate must be registered with Local Employment Exchange also. Maximum age of the candidate should be below 27 years for Special Coaching Scheme and below 30 years for ‘O’ level computer course as on 31.05.2011. Selection will be done on the basis of marks obtained in written test and Interview which will be conducted by this centre.
