Jalandhar Colder Than Hills

Jalandhar and surrounding areas are experiencing record cold weather.

These days Shimla and Srinagar are warmer.

We can do with some bit of " Global Warming for the current weather . If , we could by some means preserve the cold and carry it to the months of June and July and vice versa .
