Christians in Jalandhar observed a " Black Day " protesting against the exclusion of weaker sections of the Christian community from the benefits extended to " Reserved " categories . apart from sending a Memorandum to the Prime Minister of India , Christian leaders met top administrative officers in Jalandhar including ADC GS Khaira.
Christian leaders included Father John Grewal ; Father Thomas ; Father George Waraich ;Father Xavier ; Father Sandhu ; Father Peter and others.
