Jalandhar Citizens Extremely Upset Over Sharjah (UAE ) Death Sentences

Jalandhar citizens are aghast at the handing out of death sentences to 17 Indian youths ( out of which 16 ) are from Punjab.

Such a large number death sentences are out of tune with modern day system of Justice. This is when may countries have abolished death penalty.

Public wants Indian Government to intervene in an effective way. India should use all its diplomatic etc clout to ensure that proper  justice should be done. UAE Government should enquire in to allegations of torture and the rumors of Pakistani hand in this whole episode.

People feel while India has been so patient and liberal with death sentences of criminals convicted like Afzal Guru , Indian youth are being treated in such a casual manner.
