Mohinder Singh Kaypee MP and President Punjab Congress was the chief guest of honour at the 9 th jor mela at the Dargah Dera Baba Panj Pir , ( near Kapurthala Phatak ) Kartarpur.
Main ceremonies of Chadar etc. were performed by Gaddi Nashin Baba Tulsi Nath.
