KK Puri was sworn as President and Arun Malhotra as Secretary . Other dignitories present included outgoing President Jatinder Sharma and outgoing Secretary RK Sammi , KD Bhandari MLA who was the chief guest, PDG Dr. Bina Mishra , Installing Officer and Balram Kapoor
