It appears that hardened criminals and well entrenched criminal organisations may be behind the the Vienna shoot out.
During a raid by Austrian police in Vienna in the case of the murder of Sant Baba Ramanand , a suspect tried to shoot a policeman. The shooter missed his target and was immediately arrested.
The incident happened in Rudolfsheim-Fünfhaus during one of altogether eight raids conducted in Vienna today.
Police say that they seized guns and knifes in the apartments. They also found a car used by the presumed murderers.
They also say they found evidence against one of the men involved in the incident at the temple who had meanwhile been freed. He was taken in custody again on Sunday.
