Light Drizzle in Morning Brings Relief to Scorching Jalandhar

In the morning, in Jalandhar , there were pleasant cool air blowing and the sky was some what overcast. There was a slight drizzle. These pre monsoon rain though small and for a very short time brought tremendous relief to people as the city was having " Tandoori " day temperatures touching 44 * C and daily day time electricity power cuts of 4 hours .

However, as the day progresses there is a marked rise in heat.
