Mazar of Moulvi Gulam Rasul- Alampur ( Dasuya )

Like Baba Farid, Moulvi Gulam Rasul was a great Saint and Poet who is revered by all.
He hailed from Alampur ( Tehsil Dasuya ) which is about 55 Km from Jalandhar and 45 Km from Hoshiarpur.

Moulvi Gulam Rasul's Mazar is about 200 mteres from the main road, in what were agricultural fields. Devotees of the town would bow to the great Pir from the main road. Mela is held annually on 10 "Haad."
These days construction of a school is going around the Mazar. Residents and devotees sincerely hope that the Mazar is not harmed and clear view remains intact
