Double distilled " English "liquor ( other being country or 'desi' ) is, now,officially defined as I.M.F.L. This means Indian Made Foreign Liquor. How can a thing made in India be foreign and a " foreign " product made in India.
Can any reader throw any light on this dichotomy ?
