Dr. Gulbahar Singh , Director Food and Supplies, Ludhiana was the chief guest at Lyallpur Khalsa College's cultural festival ' Synergy-2009".There was poem recitation, extempore, skits, quiz etc. More than 200 students from 20 colleges participated.
Principal Dr. Jaspal Singh Randhawa congratulated the winners. Head of the Commerce Deptt. Prof. G.K. Jain and joint secretary of the college's governing council, Jaspal Singh Waraich were, also, present.
