Save Siachin

There is global warming and climate change . For the first time in history , North Pole would not have any ice during this summer.

It is heartening to know hat Pakistan and India are close to agreement on Sir Creek and Siachin .The move could not have been more timely . It is neither India nor Pakistan which is threatened . It is the Siachin glacier it self . Soon there may be no glacier left to defend. Both India and Pakistan should convert some of their military positions in to observatories to study global warming and to devise ways to save glaciers.
