India should reciprocate with equal magnanimity the release of Kashmir Singh.
Pakistan and India should form a permanent mechanism to release old and sick prisoners who are rotting in jails on both sides of the border. Indians would greatly appreciate Pakistan's gesture if it pardons Sarabjit and sends him back to India. Let us, also. hear such gestures from India .
